PodChatLive is the monthly live stream for the continuing expert growth and development of Podiatrists and other health professionals that may be keen on the subjects discussed. The livestream discusses a different podiatry related topic each month. The stream goes out live on Facebook and then is later added to YouTube after being edited. Every live show includes a different guest or collection of guests to talk about a unique topic every time. A variety of issues get covered and they are wide ranging. Questions have been answered live by the hosts and their guests whilst in the live show on Facebook. There’s even a podcast of each livestream provided on iTunes and Spotify and the other typical podcast sources that get uploaded after editing. The podcast audio version is proving to be a popular addition. They’ve developed a large following in social media that keeps growing. PodChatLive is certainly among the many methods through which podiatry practitioners could easily get free continuing education points or credits that are required in many places to keep their professional licenses. Even though the livestream is free, that does not mean that the content is not high quality.

Following the initial impromptu and unplanned show from the lounge room following the hosts had dinner together, the second PodChatLive was done by the hosts to find out if it may possibly work. While using Zoom webinar system, Craig Payne was in Melbourne and Ian Griffiths was in England. Craig and Ian needed to see if it might give good results. In this second episode, they discussed the concept of supination resistance, mentioned 2D Vs 3D gait analysis and were requested who our must follow accounts have been on social media. It was a successful epsidoe and that lead to the birth of PodChatLive which just went from strength to strength with each episode.
